DJ · Producer · Electronic Music Artist. From Bournemouth’s south coast to dancefloors worldwide, blending Detroit techno, deep house, acid & electronica since the early 1990s.
Hailing from Bournemouth on the UK’s sunny south coast, Paddy Thorne has been an active force in the electronic music scene since the early 1990s, both behind the decks and in the studio. His sound blends Detroit techno, deep house, acid & electronica into something distinctly his own.
Starting out on the legendary Bournemouth club circuit, nights at Nobles, Dusk Till Dawn and later The Winchester, Paddy built his craft over years of residencies and radio slots. From 1995 to 1998 he played regularly at London venues including the Ministry of Sound, Bagleys, Cloud 9, Hanover Grande and The Cross. His productions have appeared alongside artists including 808 State and Future Sound of London.
His first commercial release came on Base Music in 2011, launching a discography that now spans more than 64 releases across 16 labels. Since 2020, the focus has sharpened on Mighty Force Records, home to his critically acclaimed 2022 album Lost Cause (Part Two), as well as Fourier Transform and Touched Music.
